At Circle Studio, we work on interior projects where design, identity and experience come together. We are involved in different phases of a project and collaborate with architects and project fit-out specialists, as well as working directly for companies and organizations.

Collaboration with architects /project designers
Conceptual curation & on-site styling
For architects and project fit-out specialists, we provide conceptual curation and on-site styling as a refinement of the architectural design. We enhance the spatial concept through material choices, accessories, textiles, art, objects and other decorative elements.
Our role is complementary and content-focused: we add layering, coherence and atmosphere, while respecting the character and vision of the architect.
Our way of working
We collaborate with existing teams and strengthen the project from both a conceptual and aesthetic perspective. Where required, we take on a coordinating role, ensuring coherence, quality and feasibility throughout the process.
Styling levels
For styling projects, we work with three carefully curated levels. Each level reflects a distinct degree of refinement, with corresponding materials, details and atmosphere. The choice of level depends on the scale, ambition and the collaboration within the project.

Projects for organizations and companies
For companies and organizations, we offer a broader scope of services. Depending on the brief, we can support a single phase or deliver the full trajectory:
Concept – positioning, atmosphere and narrative
Design – spatial translation, layout and materialization
Styling – furnishings, textiles, decoration, art and final detailing
These services can be commissioned separately or combined. This allows us to align with the needs of the project, the team and the available budget.
Our way of working
Circle Studio works from a carefully built network of architects, designers, brands and agencies, suppliers, interior builders and specialized partners. For each project, we assemble a tailor-made team, aligned with the scale, ambition and content of the assignment.
Investment
Our projects are tailor-made. The investment depends on the chosen level, scale, complexity and the phase in which Circle Studio is involved — from concept to design and styling.
We work with:
- a fixed project fee for concept, design and/or styling
- a variable budget per square meter for the purchase of styling items
As every project is unique, we are happy to explain our approach and the corresponding investment personally during an initial conversation. This allows us to advise clearly on the most suitable approach, the appropriate styling level and how to achieve maximum impact within the available budget.
