Circle Studio can be involved at different stages of a project. We collaborate with architects and interior fit-out partners or work directly with companies and organisations. Our role is tailored to the project, its stage and the team involved.
Conceptual curation & styling
We translate the interior concept into a cohesive styling scheme, bringing together art, objects, (occasional) furniture, lighting, textiles, greenery and accessories.
From this curation, we define the scope and manage the next stages: sourcing, procurement & coordination, and on-site styling. This allows us to maintain a consistent vision from concept through to completion.
Our way of working
For companies and organisations, our role can extend across a broader scope. Depending on the project, we can contribute to a specific stage or oversee the full process:
Concept — positioning, atmosphere and narrative
Design — spatial translation, layout and materiality
Styling — the further development and refinement of the interior
Each can be commissioned individually or combined into one cohesive approach.
Investment
Every project is tailored to its specific requirements. The investment depends on the scale, complexity and our role within the project.
We work with a fixed project fee for our services and a project budget for styling items. Scope and budget are clearly defined and agreed in advance.
